Thanks to its unique economic model, HCorpo can provide exhaustive data for each reservation with the highest degree of detail that companies want, which means level 3 traceable data.
WHAT DOES LEVEL 3 DETAIL MEAN FOR A HOTEL RESERVATION OR INVOICE?
The hotel's legal and commercial name, full address, postcode, GPS location, hotel class, chain, room type, number of occupants, breakfast or no breakfast, price of the stay, price per night, reservation date, check-in date and check-out date.
Even more information can be added to the level 3 data with analysis fields specific to the traveller, the company and even their role.
Example: employee ID number, business unit, division, reason for trip, cost centre, re-billing field, compliance or non-compliance with the company's travel policy.
